This department operates:
    - the surface treatment of metal components, for the vulcanization process
    - the vulcanization of rubber mixture on metal components and
    - the testing of rubber-metal products

For rubber pressing, Phoenix uses the procedures of compression and injection; all these processes are monitored / controlled. In this department, the outfitting with equipment is conceived to ensure flexibility for small and medium series production of technically complex items.

A team of expert employees work in this department. They are constantly being trained in order to render a reliable execution, in full compliance with the client's requirements, and to ensure a timely delivery with "zero faults".
