Phoenix Rubber Works have its main supplies to Railways (80%) & automobile industries (10%) and also various industrial application like Bharat Earth Movers Ltd (4%) , Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (2%), Bhilai Iron & Steel Processing company (P) Ltd (2%) and miscellaneous  private companies like Nava Nirman, Cimmco ltd, Swastik Corporation etc (2%).
